[Enigmail] Importing the keys failed

Thanks for your response, it gave me an interesting clue. 'gpg2 -k' gives me the same error about bzip2, but 'gpg -k' works. However, I think it's better that I use gpg2 because I've read in a few places that gpg2 is better for desktop purposes . Also, Enigmail

[Enigmail] Importing the keys failed

I'm trying to import my public keyring into Enigmail in the Thunderbird email client and I'm getting an error that I can't solve. Here's what happens. From the Mozilla Thunderbird dropdown menu I select... Enigmail -> Key Management -> File -> Import Keys From File Then I select my pubring.gpg
