I'm going to recommend Mantis. I find Bugzilla a pain in the ass to use
as everything is just plastered everywhere. At least that is how it was
the last time I used it about a year ago. I have played around with
Flyspray a bit as well and it seemed pretty nice. Also Mantis seemed a
bit easi
With the `new' managed smart objects, layer changes are not causing the
object to be marked as dirty. This fixes that problem.

I've run into similar issues with this one, but thought it might have
been an issue in the configuration. If that's not the case, then I
think looking at alternatives would be a good idea.
Not being able to attach files to a posted bug is a huge issue. It
makes exchanging patches in the bug tracke
