Just a quick note re the changes to doing menus freedesktop style over
the last year.
I often prefer having a custom menu for a couple of reasons.
* Easy access. Usual automatically generated menus are populated with
hundreds of slots I never use anyway, so they just get in the way.

I committed the code yesterday as Ecore_IMF as agreed on IRC. The
hildon input method
plugin wasn't committed cause it's LGPL. I created a garage project
and uploaded the code

I think this is a great idea!!! I remember that the old e17 version has this
feauture, we could put the shelfs and a module where we want. It is a
beautiful option to have but Raster said that it was stupid because these
objects will be covered by the windows.

As it is now, e_intl.h exports '_('. This isn't good, as '_(' isn't
usable in external modules. It should be hidden somehow to force a
compile error.
