We can't regard it just as a ui layout theme.

Its not just other themes, also apps that use custom styles
for the widget got broken, we always undervalue themes
breakage.
Maybe we should use some sort of versioning

i've not tested elm enough on windows. March 1st is really close for
me (i don't have a lot of time for coding), and without help, don't
expect elm to work on Windows
