this looks to me like the session fails to execute... have you looked
at /var/log/Xorg.0.log (or whatever file your X11 server logs to) ?
That was one of the first things I looked at. No help. There are no
visible errors in the X server log.
what session have you selected in
else to try.
Any ideas? Please email me if you have an answer.
