Regardless of the status of this admittedly neat project, it's a new module
and a new feature, and E is in a feature freeze; I will not hesitate to
revert anything which violates the freeze at this time.
Feel free to put it in git as an extra module and then create a phab ticket
to review this mod
Assuming it can be optionally disabled, and does not Require PackageKit
(read: making PackageKit a hard dependency for E), then no objections here.
