Ok, I've made that huge jpeg-file.
I have installed the new background this way:
- right click with the mouse
- Desktop background settings
- I chose my huge background
The new background was being applied, but it was *scaled down*
to the size of one desktop.

I upgraded to 8.0 from 7.3 and I got it to work with E16
First of all, I used the E16 rpms from the Guru or Guru Labs or
something like that.
