I made a completely new checkout from cvs as soon as I saw this
announcement, so I assume the codebase is the same as the tarballs
mentioned in your announcement.
I think there is a possible bug with the iconbox.
After editing my menus a bit I did the usual CTRL-ALT-END to restart
