where it can download data from some Euro town or something, but I live
in Kansas and it doesn't work. I push ctrl+alt+f1 to switch back to the
terminal that I launched e17 in, and it says that it's unable to parse

Well my weather module works the first time enlightenment is loaded.
When it tries to update I get the same thing (a ?). Try
restarting enlightenment and see if it loads. If so, then something is
wrong with the update...

I have been trying for weeks now. My proxy server uses authentication
so I run a proxy server on my own comp which has the other proxy
server as a parent and I have added my login and pass in squid.conf so
that authentication i no longer req. I have exported
http_proxy=localhost:80 and wget works p
the pager module isn't in e_modules' package, it's in e's package.
That would explain it :)
also, better rebuilding all of efl before attempting to build apps,
since there could be problems due to compatibility.
