Yeah, see, that's what's so frustrating about this. AFAICS, it absolutely should work just fine... but doesn't. It's not a tragedy... chances are, I probably couldn't use my preferred theme anymore (japan2006) anyway. (2007 opaquified a few of the gadgets, and I prefer them transparent... and I'
