I was wondering why all the modules erased the old
interface so that the modules could be "standalone".
It would be nice to be able to decide whether one
wants to gather things up in a shelf or not.

I've seen that on E16 is possible but i did not know how...
Is it also possible on E17?
And how can I do it with E16?
