Why are the enlightenment_remote commands removed anyways? Personally, I
like them as it makes it easy to set up scripts to control enlightenment
to do whatever you want. :-)

is there any possibility for more detailed control of new windows
placement in e16 than what provides in the configuration dialog ? To be
slightly more concrete: I would like to prevent windows to appear in
certain part of the desktop.
