There were some earlier questions by raster on what happens when
dbus-daemon crashes or quits while e17 is running. It happened yesterday
that dbus-daemon crashed (or quit, not sure what happened) and here are
my observations:

So I have tried both GDM and LXDM - with both display manager when I have it
set to auto login it does not launch the one application I have in startup
programs. When I log out and log back in the start up programs launch just
fine.
Any ideas?

Hi Natalia. I'm had the same problem when using the debian testing repos and
the E's official repo. The problem is that Debian repos has libeina and
libeet. Try to remove those libs of forcing a downgrade to the E's one (I
found it easier to do in aptitude rather than in synaptic). That did the
