If "Don't composite fullscreen windows" is true it's impossible to unhide autohideable shelf for some maximized windows. For some apps (riot-web which is on electronjs) all is fine. But for some other (firefox, thunderbird) the shelf becomes totally invisible (goes under app widow) after a bit
