I'm using E 0.22.4 on latest arch linux (2019.07.01) on a thinkPad Carbon
X1 2nd Gen. Arch's default systemd/logind config handles suspend just fine
when I'm at console, unfortunately in X11/E, I see systemd capture the lid
closed event in logs, but clearly suppresses taking any action
