It is the popup displayed when you associate the action to a desktop
edge and move the pointer to it. It would be great if that popup would
slide in

left click on that -> settings... you now have a list with only 1 thing in

I've been trying out Enlightenment 0.22.4 from Gentoo (looks great!) and
have trouble adding a localized (Czech) keyboard. When started for the
first time, E offered selection from 2 locales (English and Czech, what the
system has installed) and a bunch of keyboards, but now I've selected en_U
