it has nothing to do with e, but i'm so impressed, i have to share it
with eye-candy loving folks (which i expect every e-user to be).
but the thing it has in common with e is, that 1 genious wrote the first
(ultra-stunnishing) engine, which immediatelly remembered me

Just a quick idea i had a few minutes ago: how about colored pointers?
its quite difficult to recognise which is the hour and which the minute
pointer when the clock is very small and colored ones would be of great
help.

very good idea, paul.

the digital one?

do you use java??
if someone selects NO, OO still works, this should make things obviously...

hi list,
i stumbled over http://edevelop.org/node/1434 yesterday and after
looking at the high resolution enlightenment logos i recognized that
they're perspectively 'strange' and inconsistent (i don't really dare to
say 'wrong'). take a look at the supplied images at the bottom of the
given link
get-e.org for docs and 'enlightenment_remote' for your needs

i'm using gentoo and i have absolutely no probs (sometimes i'm really
surprised what problems some users have...)
but i also read the docs and listen to the devs and so don't run
extra_modules and such things, perhaps this is a reason, too ;)
but my advice would be to check other distros, there ar
create an .eap file for your app, then load 'entangle' and put your
newly created eap into the 'startup' category
that's it..

hmmm... does this look like something new for anybody?
i don't think so, just a few apps got better (fixing 200 bugs in
nautilus, replacing gpdf with some new viewer, preview of pdf files
(c'mon, that's why filenames exist...))
or things like this:

do you too have to start kdeinit before using them? (like me)
if i don't, not a single kde app works (they complain about not reaching
klauncher), but with it, all worx like it should...
just my 2 cents ;)

Hi list,
just a short question: is it possible to move windows even when they're
maximized?
Would be nice to move apps to another desktop without unmaxing them first.
Found nothing in e_remote...?
