Debian bug reports for epplets:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=epplets;dist=unstable
This package was very old anyway (0.8.cvs.2005032801-3.2).
Is there any possibility to submit latest version?

After installing base-0.9 package (and E16.0.8) I get the list of
epplets in the menu and they can be started. But they are placed in
the top left corner of the screen and I can

Look for the scripts that do that in the
/usr/share/enlightenment/scripts directory.
That's where the perl scripts to regenerate the menus are.
