hi folks. i've recently updated E from svn and E it's not closing windows properly. I't happens that when i click de close butto, the app stop running, but the windows remains there ass a dead one. Also, it happens that when i restart e to shut them out, sometimes e doesn't restart in a proper way

I have always seen this in association with itask-ng. If I stop using itask, I don't have ghost windows. I have seen this for several months now, at least two revisions of itask-ng. Another incredibly reliable way to generate them is to use thunderbird and compose email. It always seems to

There is a bit of a problem with reparented windows. Firefox 'upload/select file' is another one. Also, SciTE Open File is another app that reparents windows. From what I remember, there were some issues in the window logic and the only way to really find out what was going on, its cramming some
