So, a complete architectural overhaul of Firefox, coupled with a
total rewrite of the browser engine, using a rather new programming
language still undergoing lots of change and "stabilization". What
could possibly go wrong?

Does somebody know if it is possible to install languagepacks into the
installfolder of Firefox?
Right now we ship them as an add-on in CCK, but then they get copied over
to the users profile,
making the Firefox-profile probably unnecessary heavier.
Any thoughts are welcome.
