When I bookmark a page, it saves the bookmark in "Other Bookmarks"
rather than "Bookmarks Menu" which means every bookmark requires three
clicks to get to: Bookmarks, Other Bookmarks, then the bookmark itself.
It's unintuitive, makes it hard for newbies to find their bookmarks, and
doesn't app
Sadly no. Probably worth opening a bug. We should at least preserve your
last choice.

I had the same problem in my company with my patching tool. For the first
install I used the command line /RemoveDistributionDir=false, but the
patching tool ignores this completely when patching, and is has no option
to specify this parameter when patching.
