Thanks for the link. This definately won't beat a 600/4. But I'm sure 70-200/2.8 x3 = 210-600/8 will have its applications (consumer grade 'soft-focus' tele ;^). Will be interesting to compare the above setup at 600mm with Canon 300/4 and Canon 2x. I often use the latter, and am satisfied with
