Install a hand crank pump that is geared to provide an ounce of gas
every 5 minutes of hard cranking and you have met the required

I find it interesting that the government has now decided it can tell
privately owned retailers what they can offer the public.

the number of ICE vehicles increases. You have to make those gasoline
stations self supporting and maintainable.
