Would be a fun challenge to get across the country on free electrons.
You could certainly cross the northern part of the USA on free charging.
In the
Plugshare publishes those who offer their household plugs for public charging.
My area is loaded with such plugs. Most are J-1772 but I didn't see
the voltage/amperage listed in just a sampling
