Hello,
The email and text messages are customizable through the Notification
Action Triggers interface. The permissions to use that interface are
generally restricted to administrators, so I would recommend contacting
whoever is administering Evergreen for you with your wording change
requests.
This word is killing our customer service!!! The renewal message has got to
change!
Is the text/email message a universal Evergreen message or can I write my
own.
I am so tired of explaining renewals to our patrons. There has got to be a
better way.
Anyone else having issues with this?
