Dunno for sure but I think you should start gpilotd BEFORE clicking on
the hotsync button. It's different from pilot-link. gpilotd waits for
a connection on the specified device, so you should start it a few
seconds before clicking on the hotsync button. Just a wild guess.

Evolution does not display the html page properly (HTML page embedded in

I've just upgraded to 1.2.0 and have come across some strange behaviour
with respect to encryption and signed messages.
1. When I receive encrypted email sent from something other than
Evolution, I am no longer asked for my passphrase - rather, the message
opens with the message still encrypted,
As a further addendum to my previous email - I used both gconftool 1 and 2 to update my network settings in the hope of getting everything working. The password is definitely correct. Using the gnome-network-preferences, I double checked and then I double checked again using the gconf-editor.
Try exiting evolutoin, then run killev.
(you might want to do a ps after that to check that all relevant process
have indeed been killed) and then restart.
Not sure of that will fix it for you, but it does for me :-)

It was the vfolders that were killing IMAP performance.
The default vfolders that were added for free when I upgraded to 1.20
were called unread mail and unimportant mail. I didn't have them
before and I don't use them ever, so I deleted them and, voila,
