Hi all,
Everytime I try to print my contacts, I get an error from Evo telling me
that the contact component has crashed... is it just me or others have
this problem too? (Mandrake 9.0, Evo 1.2)
Thanks,

fonts are Helvetica and Courier, and they both have support for the
ISO-8859-15 charset. The weird thing is the euro sign prints correctly
in apps like GEdit...
I also copied /etc/gtk/gtkrc.iso-8859-15 /etc/gtk/gtkrc but after I
relaunched X it did not change a thing...

Hi all,
It may not be Evolution-related, but since I upgraded to Evo 1.2, I
can't enter the Euro sign (Alt Gr + E) in the Editor window of my emails
(I just get an underscore instead). It used to work in 1.0.8 that came
with my Mandrake 9.0... can I do something about it?
Thanks,

Hi,
I use pilot-mailsync to send emails from my Palm. When I sync, the emails
are sent with sendmail, and copied in the sent items folder of Evo. The
mails then show up as "unread" in the sent items, although the status flag
is set to 'R'.
I guess the read/unread status should be taken from somewhe

Thanks Jeffrey for your answer!

Hi,
I saw on the list an oddity regarding IMAP Inbox subscription... my
problem is quite different I think, as I am able to see how many new
messages I have into my IMAP Inbox, but when I click on it I get on the
right panel this message:
"this folder can't contain any messages"
It used to work (Ev
Hi,
I am trying to get the sendmail conduit to work (Mandrake 9.0, Evo
1.0.8, gpilotd 0.10) but I get a seg fault when the syncing process
comes to the sendmail part... (all the other conduits are ok though)
Has anyone already seen this behavior? Any workaround?
Thanks,
Alex

Hi,
When I configure a meeting in my Evo calendar, and sync it with my Palm,
I lose the place of the meeting (the Palm does not have a field for it).
Is there a way to tell the ECalendar conduit to concatenate the name of
the meeting with the place in parenthesis?

Yes, but it can't check my IMAP and my POP account simultaneously, can
it? All I can do is configure it to check my mbox file... which only
contains my POP accounts mails... (I don't want the indicator to check
my remote accounts directly,
Hi all,
What are the most recommended / used new mail indicators for Evo under
Gnome 2 (mdk 9.0)? I'm looking for one that would be able to tell me
that a new mail arrived, either in my POP3 accounts or in my IMAP
ones...
Thanks everyone!

Hi all,
I have a few questions about Evo (1.0.2 with a Mandrake 8.2):
1. Is there a way to save all attachments present in an email without
clicking separately on each one of them?
2. I saw in the requested features that Memos were planned, with a Pilot
conduit. Is there a planned date for that?

YES! This is it! I had to clean a few directories because my laptop was
full! Thanks a lot for pointing this out!

Hi,
I know the subject has already been discussed, but I noticed my mail
account settings disappeared when Gnome seems to 'forget' about the
Gnome-specific configs... I don't know why, but sometimes when I reboot
my computer, some launchers in the Gnome panel disappear, Galeon looses

Great! I'll install it as soon as I get a chance. So I'll put something
like 'en, fr' in the Edit -> Properties -> Misc tab of Evo to have the
dual spell check?
Thanks a lot!

Hi,
I use the 'leave messages on server' option in Evo with my POP server, and I'd like to know if it is possible to configure Evo so that it tells the POP server to erase the messages once they have been locally deleted.
Thanks for your kind help,
Alex

I totally agree.

Thanks for your answer.
So it means it is impossible to accomplish such a feature

Hi all,
Sorry if I already sent this mail, I don't know what is going on with my mailbox today...
I am wondering if it is possible to force Evo to append my automated signature directly after the text I enter when replying to a message. Default appends the signature at the end of the mail, so
Hi,
I use Evolution and sync it
with my Palm, and I am wondering if there is any plan to integrate the Palm
notes into Evo? (like in MS Outlook for example).
Thanks, and congrats for the
