No idea why this would happen the image code is the same for all image
types. When does it start breaking? Does it fail to display them while
editing, or fail to send them? Make sure your gdk-pixbuf packages are

It is a gtkhtml font problem. Gtkhtml stores it's fonts in gconf in 1.2
so if you are changing the old gnome-config files that will not change
things. I'm not sure exactly what trouble people are having, and simply

are you using? There is some chance it is having a hard time finding a
larger vesion of the font you have specified a your fixed width font.

bugzilla about this feel free to add a "me too" to it. Adding this is
not terribly difficult but other larger tasks have been taking all my
time so the chances of it making it into 1.2 are small.

In the example you gave the only thing that is supposed to be showing up
is a 0x0 inline frame (an ). Trust me it is showing up. The
part that claims it is wave file is referenced by the iframe so
evolution doesn't show a save widget for that part, this is same way it
treats inline images. This

format but I've been working on a component that should make decoding

There are a couple of things you can do for evolution-1.0.x:
1. You can change the mode on that paragraph from preformat to
normal. This will make the text flow at the same width your
text does.
2. You can hit Alt-q, this will reflow the text as preformatted

Part of the problem is that the theme is broken. Make sure it sets the
style text color, a bunch of themes only set fg and bg which is
completely wrong. Beyond that the theme stuff should work okay, with a
few exceptions. Hmmm it looks like someone may have broken entry at
some point.
