A few weeks back I made a commit for this so that it will show only "Working ..." instead of the cryptic hexa-status message, so that it wont confuse the user. As to why the unnamed operations are created, is a bug and it is not yet fixed. I hope there would have been some bug filed for this alrea

However the filter action cannot be "Apply Label". I have added this as a requirement for 2.8 Moreover, it is possible to change colours but... once you have changed it, it is impossible to use them in any other filtering action. Add another action. why cant use it for another act
