I just can't seem to patch exchange-mapi-connection.c correctly so that it
completes the compile process...
Can someone point me at a patch that may already exist or simply tell me how to
fix the following error:

I posted this issue a few weeks ago, but no one seems to have this same issue.
I am following the instructions for building the Exchange_Mapi_Branch of both
Evolution and Evolution-Data-Server from this website:

Evidently evolution-mapi requires v2.24 or above of Evolution. I assumed it
would need svn build since it contains the hooks for the Mapi plugin - Manually
building 2.25 does not offer any option for enabling MAPI support. Am I wrong?

I have a success story for Gentoo users.
After much tinkering, and who knows how many installations, I finally found the
right combination that works (or at least works enough for proof).
So I compile Samba4 and OpenChange per the MAPI Provider website, except I made
the $PREFIX /usr/local.

I noticed that the Mapi Provider page has been updated again. Are we still
using Openchange Revision 710 or is it ok to use most current?

Not to sound like a smart ass... But ... Evolution-MAPI is an Evolution Plugin.
So, it does make sense to have at the very least Evolution-Data-Server compiled
and installed.
I thought the same thing when they took that off the MAPIProvider page, but I
guess they figured it would be assumed.

Why do I have to re-add all of my public folder favorites every single
