I tried, same keys in sap also.
In my case(macro) i have to navigate couple of times within sap and excel.
But using this macro, once the cursor moves to excel, again it is not
coming back to sap to perform pending steps.
Is there any variable that i can declare to activate sap and excel.

First of all, sorry for late response.
My approach relies on creation of a helper column. In that column you
should write this formula =g2&h2 and copy it down. Next select your data
and click on conditional formatting. Manage rules. Use a formula to
determine which cells to format.

One more help to earlier macro. Is there a way we can put password to the
PDF file or make a zip file of respective pdf file with a password and then
email. Password can be predefined to either date of birth or anything else
which would be incorporated in the excel file.
