calender control available.
In Excel 2007 i have used calender But 2010 version am u
character which you see may not be the same which you type, press F2 & copy
characters & then you can do Find replace copied character with unique
character like underscore or so & after that goto data text to column..

Copy formula from G2 & Select A2 to D12 ( or larger range) & goto
conditional formatting, select manage rules & select new rule, after that
select use formula to determine which cells to format..paste formula, click
format & select color you want to give...
