There is something funny going on in the formula in the attached sheet. in
column B34 i have written a
formula INDEX($W$3:$W$667,MATCH(U3,$V$3:$V$667,0)) to pick up the value
from a list however the outcome comes with a dash (-), however if i run
formula evaluator, you can see it
You have a circular reference. The formulas in col W refer to a range
including the cell B34 which refers to cells in col W.
I don't really understand quite what you are doing so I do not offer a
solution but I hope this will help you find one for yourself.

you have Custom Cell Formatting
_(* #.##0,00_);_(* (#.##0,00);_(* -??_);_(@_)
you must change by:
_(* #.##0,00_);_(* (#.##0,00);_(* ??_);_(@_)
or another of your choice
