Actually Format is,
01.12.2014 17.12.2014 WHen I Do Manually Find Replace,
It show me as ,
1/Dec/14
17/Dec/14.
But when I do through VBA COde,
I replace as,
12/Jan/14
INVALID DATE FORMAT)
Can You please check in and

My problem is, there is a field *Date* i want to change the format of all

I used alt+shift+# but all dates are not changing then i tried to value them

1st thing is you have to replace (//) with single (/) and have to insert
date with dd/mm/ format and not mm/dd/
Your prob will get resolved

If it has already been converted into date format and you want to reverse
it, use
=Text(date,yy-mm-dd) or
=Text(date,dd-mm-yy) the way you want
and then remove formulae by pasting only the values
