On prompt select range B2:B15 for this data & you will get output on output

I have a problem I need your input on.
Basically it is 5 lines of data that needs to be concatenated first. Then
the concatenation needs to be translated as in the final output column. The
final output sequence is A0,
A1,A2,A3,A4,A

I am new to macros and ahve cobbled together this macro. I am trying to
