I do not believe you can install Exchange 2000 on Windows 2003. Windows
2003 runs IIS 6.0, which Exchange 2000 does not support. On the other
hand Exchange 2003 can run on IIS 5.0. So the proper upgrade path is
upgrade Exchange 2000 first and then upgrade the OS to Windows 2003.

The options I know about are Net I.Q.'s App Analyzer and the Promodag
report writer. Both these tools will cost you dearly but do report
against the message tracking log. I understand there is a fair amount of
overhead with both approaches as Promodag pumps everything into a SQL

and Quest, but if all you want is what DL's are getting used, just sub them
to a PF and save the scratch for something more useful.
