OK so my boss tells me he sent out a mass mailing. And has now received a dozen
replies that have asked him to stop sending as they have received 9 copies already.
We are running E2K and O2K. He has a list, in word, of email addresses. He copied
and pasted them into O2Ks bcc field.
I have individuals using their own email. No problem.
Now we have a dummy user that receives specific mail from our website. Several people
need access to this mailbox.
So I add them as users allowed to 'send as' and give them rights to the mailbox. Then
I set up outlook so the users can open
mailboxes
Restricted users? Restricted how?

We have our mail from our website go to distribution lists and we just add
user's to that list and they get the mail in their own Inbox.

That's how I had it set up before, but it caused people to be redundant.
Here's the idea.
Part
Here: Exchange / Outlook 2K
Problem: I have a 'Public' Company calendar. Everyone can see it. I want it to
update everyone's private calendar, but not vice versa.
Can anyone help me get this done?
Please...
TIA
