Encryption Help

I hope someone can help me out here. I am trying to setup encryption between ourselves and our patent attorney. We us E2K and they are on Lotus (X-Mailer: Lotus Notes Release 5.0.10 March 22, 2002). I can send them encrypted mail, but when the send me encrypted mail it shows as a blank
