Instead of blocking them, why not just implement a Http virus wall.
Something like Trend's Internet VirusWall? It Scans all FTP HTTP SMTP
traffic entering your network.

Create empty Primary DNS zones on your internal DNS servers for
hotmail.com, aol.com etc. Any requests for addresses in these zones will
fail and go no further.

product - so, don't know how well it works.
