Subject: Cancel Request
I'm wondering if anyone has seen the problem I'm currently
Outlook used to just wait until it was ready to display the message and then
display it, now it gives the user the option of canceling an operation which
doesn't happen 'immediately'. Likely there's little or no change in
performance, just in the way Outlook handles it.

Sounds like Outlook is just busy communicating with the Exchange server. You
will usually see this pop-up box when Outlook is accessing a large Inbox or
large attachments.
It is expected behavior so just ignore it.
