I'd be thinking a personal folder. Check to see if the contacts in the
personal folder is checked to show as an address book. If it is,
uncheck it.

You also need to go into Address Book - Tools - Options, and make sure Contacts
appears in the window where you specify what address lists are used for resolving, and
in what order.

You also need

You can open the DL and do a save as to a txt file. That's about as close as you'll
get without going the third party route.

Add them all to the To line and remove the ones they don't need. Or hack the
outlib(?) dll to add the functionality back.

By product design. It doesn't work for PF contacts w/o the use of a 3rd

Hi gang,
This works okay for me
Is the activity folder a journal folder? If not, try creating a journal
public folder and see if you can specify it as the activity folder.

Depending on their client, it should be possible for them to access the GAL
via LDAP, however they will have to be online to do it.

Good day..
I have a user who connects to our server from home VIA pop3 (this user is
never in the office).
Try tools, services, Outlook Address book and change the setting between
First, Last and File As.
There are no other options I know of.
