What is the exact error message? And what have you done to try to resolve
it? Have you searched TechNet.

I have a user who gets the error message "internal application
She just gets "Internal application error". I had her save her
reply to draft (or save the reply data to a new mail message), close the
program and retry and it worked thereafter. I searched MS Knowledge Base
and didn't find anything.

She is using Outlook 2000, SR-1.
