5.5 but how did you implement the disk upgrade? Was this ju

disks and did you have old and new alongside so you could move stores using
the performance monitor or did you replace the drives and simp
could be a permissions issue?
check that your backup exec service account has sufficient rights to modify
the registry.
try re-installing backup exec.
if all else fails, create the key manually - search the KB, there is an
article on how to do this.
