Outlook doesn't come with an IM client. It's a separate download, or you can use the one that comes built-in with Windows XP/Windows 2000 (updated to newest version, of course). I am using Office 2003, yet my IM client is Windows Messenger v5.0. Also, to answer another question about having 2
