I have been using my yahoo mail to test messages. The server does receive them, as do the users at there machine. However the problem seems to be that whoever forces a send/receive first gets the message regardless if it was sent to them or not. Also the server will sometimes receive the

Do each individual computers need to be set up with the pop3 account, or do they strictly need to be set up with the exchange server? If I remove the pop3/smtp service, then they cannot send mail. You need the internet mail service in order to receive SMTP mail from the outside world. As a
