Yeah, just only put proxyaddresses in the CSV header
Then you will need to parse the exported file and remove non-SMTP
addresses (like X.400, MSMAIL, etc.)

Use the header.exe tool to create your .csv file and the Directory Export
option within the Exchange Admin program.
