I used to know a reg hack for Outlook 2002 that would allow you to minimize
it to the sys tray. I cannot find it anymore. Anyone know a link?

I think you oughta buy Attachment Options (www.slovaktech.com) - at least 300
copies should suffice. Or you could be a cheapskate and edit the registry
yourself...
