You are using the AD tools to move the mailbox, right? You can't do it from
the MSX 5.5 admin tool.

domain structure is roughly (simplified) like this
NT4 domain (NOT a child domain in our ADS forest)
Mail_Server_1(NT4/sp6, ex5.5/sp4) in site 1
Mail_Server_2(NT4/sp6, ex5.5/sp4) in site 1
