We just moved to E07 and had that same issue. It's more of a DNS issue (at least, it was for us). To test, have the user ctrl-right-click on the Outlook icon in their taskbar. Select Test Email Autoconfiguration. From the choices, select AutoDiscover. Check out the Availablility Server

They advertise $10/user/mo + add'l services on their Exchange Online site. Are you suggesting that they will severely undercut that to sell the service? MS approached us about 2 years ago when I was working on the beginning of my Exchange 2007 transition plans. They had less than 20 customers

Here is an idea although it is a two-step process so I am not sure if that is what you are looking for. Create a rule in Outlook to move all messages from the specific sender to a subfolder Enable Auto-Archive on the subfolder and set it to Permanently delete items after X days. From: Steve
