proxy I see that there are outbound emails referencing the Masquerade

We just moved to E07 and had that same issue. It's more of a DNS issue (at
least, it was for us).
To test, have the user ctrl-right-click on the Outlook icon in their taskbar.
Select Test Email Autoconfiguration. From the choices, select AutoDiscover.
Check out the Availablility Server
They advertise $10/user/mo + add'l services on their Exchange Online site. Are
you suggesting that they will severely undercut that to sell the service?
MS approached us about 2 years ago when I was working on the beginning of my
Exchange 2007 transition plans. They had less than 20 customers
Here is an idea although it is a two-step process so I am not sure if that is
what you are looking for.
Create a rule in Outlook to move all messages from the specific sender to a
subfolder
Enable Auto-Archive on the subfolder and set it to Permanently delete items
after X days.

If you told us what groups you are referring to it would be very helpful. There
are no groups inherently included in the creation of Room Mailboxes on Exchange
2k7.

It sounds like you're wanting to do a Send As. Permissions to do that are
granted in AD (via ADUC), and are separate from mailbox permissions.

If the mailbox-rights have been assigned for user A to have full mailbox
rights for userB's mailbox, then from within userA's outlook add UserB's
mailbox. Then compose a new mail message and change the FROM field to
reflect userB, even though the new message composition is happening in
userA's
Is there a way to run a report, or export all user rules to a text/csv
file?
