Are you asking us to design a product offering for you? What's our cut?
Your offering should include a backup and restore solution that you know how to
use, have practiced, and provides good protection for your clients.

oh I wanted to offier acronis it is what I know how to use, but it is expensive.

I was thinking to offer acronis for image backup, and carbonite for
offsite file backup
For acronis I was going to do a monthly full, weekly dif, and inc
everyday, backup to tape or usb drive. But not sure if Acronis can
handle this, anyone know if it can?

How are you going to handle exchange and sql. Acronis doesn't do VSS backups
of them so they will never be backed up properly. It basically does an image
of the system and they are seen as dirty shutdowns when you power up the backed
up image.
